CANCELLATION POLICY

Each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Our barbers are independent professionals who are compensated directly by their clients, so missed appointments result in lost time and income. Appointments canceled within 2 Hours, or any No-Show without notice, will incur a 50% service fee. Providing timely notice allows us to offer your reserved time to another guest and ensures our barbers are properly compensated.
